We strive to ship your order within 24 hours.
Shipping with Canada Post Express your tracking number keeps you updated right to your door.
All products will be shipped from our World Head Quarters in Vancouver Orders are prepaid shipping and charged to your invoice.
Canadian customers and orders only please.
All orders are billed in Canadian Funds.
OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Need to return something or do a product exchange?
With Tool Fanatix there is no issue to return something that does not work for you. Simply send us and email or give us a call to initiate a return. Then send back to us through Canada Post to the address on your invoice. Any items that are in like new condition will be eligible for a full refund. Please note we are unable to return items that have been worked in as we do not sell refurbished or used items.
With Atlas 46 work wear we encourage you to try on at home load with tools and ensure proper fit prior to taking to the job site. This way any non fitting items and or pieces that need to be swapped may be returned to us.
